I had booked a relaxing massage and facial. My massage was great, it always is. I haven’t had a facial for over a year since my esthetician left the spa. I was expecting for it to be a nice relaxing facial, just as I had with my previous esthetician, but I left with sweaty palms and dissatisfaction. I was coerced into getting a microderbrasion because she said I hadn’t gotten a facial for over a year. I figured why not, but made sure it didn’t hurt because I wanted a relaxing experience. I had never gotten this treatment before so I didn’t know what I was in for. Not only was my esthetician abrasive on my skin, she was loud when rolling around on her chair, complaining about my skin, didn’t explain the steps of my treatment while doing it (I repeatedly asked what she was doing to my face), and just in general being loud whenever getting/cleaning her mixtures and tools. Moreover, she found out my roommate is an esthetician at Disney and asked me about her pay, benefits, how old she was and her ethnicity. It was unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable. Compared to my previous experience, I was highly dissatisfied with my treatment for a facial.

Marcia is a very good massage therapist. I feel better after each massage she gives. I enjoy coming every two weeks and look forward to the massage.

I felt like my facial was custom just for me. She was able to focus on my problem areas, and recommend the best facial for me. She made sure I was very comfortable the whole entire time. I will definitely go back and see her specifically.

It was very easy making my appointment over the phone. I was able to schedule my massage and facial in the same visit. My masseuse was absolutely out of this world. He took care of all of my needs. My facial person absolutely fabulous.
