I was very pleased with my first experience at Hand & Stone. The only thing that is a little annoying is the constant adding a few more dollars here and there if you want something else. You want a deeper tissue, more money. You want trigger points worked out, more money. Just put the price of a massage and leave it be. They're already expensive enough.

The spa staff is always very welcoming and attentive. I went in for a massage and was able to book my facial, spur of the moment. It was a nice way to spend my afternoon.

My appointment was right on schedule, so I did not have to wait at all. Danielle, my esthetician, was very knowledgeable about my previous appointments, and also specifically addressed the questions I had during the facial. She made recommendations, but didn't try to "sell" me. She checked in during the facial to make sure I was doing okay, but never ruined the relaxing experience. I also never felt rushed during the facial, even though we kept to the time limit. Extremely pleased, and will definitely book with Danielle again.

Basically, very satisfied with all avenues of service. H&S fulfill all my personal requirements & needs. I especially want to give a high rating to Michelle, my massage therapist.
