Esmeralda did a fantastic job with my massage and also recommended helpful things to do to relieve my areas of concern. Irene,s facial left my skin moisturized as well as soft and supple. I recommend both very highly and look forward to seeing them both next time I’m in the area from New York.

I like the fact that I can call and make an appointment at any time. Seems like other locations are Not staffed properly and it's very difficult to get an appointment. Everyone here was extremely friendly!!!

I called later in the day and was able to get an appointment the same day. Therapist was helpful in determining stress spots and was able to help release those. Facility was clean and organized.

I decided for a membership, what does not seem on point with price of other similar settings is going from the 50 minute massage to 80 min (deep tissue). I am going to have to pay another $40 to upgrade as a member and go from 50 to 80. This does not seem on par with other places. The upgrade seems too steep. Maybe a $25-$30 dollar seems fair-regardless of the technique

This wasn't my best experience at the Winter Park Hand and Stone, but the reception area is beautiful, staff is friendly, and rooms are clean and inviting.
