Big turn over in reception area always a new face

The massage was very relaxing and felt good

The staff in the waiting room / lobby is always very welcoming, polite and eager to help however they can. The therapist was a few minutes early, listened to what I said my problem areas were, and effectively treated those areas during the 50 minute visit. Definitely a very effective use of time!

My only negative feedback would be that it would be great to have a hand and stone in Winter Garden Therapist was great! Be careful in the reception area with behind the desk conversations... there is no noise distraction in the waiting area so all you have to do is listen to whatever the attendants behind the desk are talking about.

My therapist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and listened when I asked about pressure of the massage as well as where I was feeling aches and soreness.

I enjoyed the massage. The masseuse used adequate pressure and focused on the areas I asked them to focus on. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating, I always leave happy and relaxed with a good sense of well being. The therapist had a nice flow and good technique

She addressed my questions and my skin felt better once I left. She said she couldn’t remove milia because she didn’t have the tool which would have been good since other facial places can. Otherwise I loved the expierence

It was very relaxing.
