the therapist to the time to massage the area that I specified he was very friendly and kind I felt comfortable and I would recommend him to everyone I know for a plus size woman I felt very comfortable getting my massage from a male therapist

My husband and I went to the Winter Park Village location and tried the hot stone massage for the first time because the lady recommended it up front. The stones were so hot that I jumped 3 times and the man said “well it’s not suppose to be cold” 😠 so I was a bit upset but my back was killing me so I went for the second time and didn’t do the Hot Stone and had such a great experience with Sam. She asked where I would like for her to focus. It was deep tissue and I can’t rave on her enough! She asked me if I wanted her to go lighter and it was perfect. I’m going back to specifically from now on!

I called at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. The massage therapist was very good and tended to the areas in my back and neck that were bothering me.

Comparing Hand and Stone to others in their competition I can tell you from experience HS way better - they treat you "special" - not just get them in and get them out.

She used effective products, effective pressure and advised me of what she was doing and why she was doing it.

Jamie took time to talk about my needs before the massage and asked a few times during the massage if everything was good. He is an exceptional therapist who listens and cares.

I'm always met with friendly service and a calm atmosphere. The massage therapists are always willing to either talk or remain silent based on how I feel and interact that day. I love the deep tissue massage and my therapist always customizes my experience upon request, like with hot stones or more pressure. I definitely have a favorite massage therapist, but I've never had a bad experience with anyone. Absolutely love my membership, it's a MUST to deal with everyday stress!
