The wait was maybe 5 minutes which was great! The person performing my facial was very knowledgeable about my skin and even informed me about certain things! Was greeted with water after my service.

New building. Beautiful and much larger. Rooms and hallway. As usual Renee gave me a fabulous facial. She does a wonderful job. She knows her products and enjoys her job.

Samantha was excellent. Good massage and friendly especially as my first time at that store. Website booking is clumsy. if you cannot get the time and location you want, can the system suggest another store in the area that may be able to accommodate my preferred time. If I cant my preferred time, i have to start all over... change my store, and search the time. Sometimes you do it 3 to 5 times if you have multiple stores in a city. also, have small pic thumbnail pic of the LMT. Dats it. Thanks.

I think it’s a little silly how much paperwork you have to fill out. I think the paperwork should be kept for longer than a year and the only reoccurring question for facials should be has your skin care routine changed and are you on Retin-A. I was a little annoyed with having to fill out paperwork and the last time I visited was nine months ago.

The massage helped out my lower back. The massage therapist gave me good tips for stretching to help with my problem areas.

Much better receptionists at this new location. Prior receptionists were sloppily dressed in pajama like attire and were unprofessional.

The location was very nice, the person that handled my facial was nice and friendly but also let me enjoy my facial in peace. She did a great job and my face felt amazing afterwards.
