Great customer service fast service and very clean

So far, i really enjoy H&S!!! Very satisfied with everything. The only complaint I have had was the August appointment-I came in for a complimentary facial and I was told the dermabrasion would be an extra $30. The receptionist said it was $40. No biggie, but just wanted to mention:)

Frances is awesome. I wish I had the money to come by every week. For the scores where I put a three out of five it’s not that something was bad it’s just I don’t have an opinion. And by the way I’ve never seen a survey where the highest score is at the bottom and the lowest score is at the top. You might want to talk to your UI person.

The woman who checked me in was so kind and greeted me with a big smile.

Everyone is always very nice and the front desk staff tries to get to everyone very quickly. Piper is always amazing, she has the hands of God!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HAND AND STONE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SMILING, AND, VERY HELPFUL. MY MASSAGE THERAPIST TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. I CAME OUT FEELING MUCH BETTER THAN WHEN I WENT IN.

This was not my regular H&S location but happy they were able to accommodate me quickly because my membership location could not fit me in until October after my scheduled appt. was canceled by the therapist due to family emergency. Happy with the H&S that could accommodate me but it was a 30 minute drive to get there. Not real happy with my membership location at this time as I have been a member for several years.

Karen was extremely knowledgeable and used all the care and professionalism she knew. I went back to ask for her as she completely knows her techniques, pressure and handling of sensitive areas. Thank you Karen for being so thoughtful.

Best massage ever received at Hand and Stone. So much more in tune to my needs and knowledgeable. Even offered stretching exercises that I need and explained how to do them properly. Above and beyond! He is amazing!

As always, it was relaxing from the moment I entered. Everyone is very nice and my massage therapist was knowledgeable and really listened to my needs.
