Even though the AC was broken on this day, I received a courtesy call to notify me and offer a rescheduling. However, I kept the appointment and was immediately greeted by Brianna at the front desk when I walked in (despite her having a call). I felt very prioritized. My massage therapist, Lindo, was waiting by the door to usher me right into the room and took his time to have a proper consultation with me. The massage was exceptional and combined both medical expertise and relaxation techniques. Checkout was quick and overall, it was an awesome experience.

Therapist Omar immediately finds my pain areas and applies just the right amount of pressure.

It always helps me relax and ease my pain.

The employees at this location are very knowledgeable. I always enjoy my visit. I will be happy when construction is completed at Winter Park Village.
