I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HAND & STONE. EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THE MASSAGE THERAPIST WAS THE BEST THING. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY LOWER BACK.

Renee is fantastic. She takes the time to listen and suggest what will work for my skin. She’s not pushy and easily engages in conversation.

My appointment started on time, I arrive early for all my appointments and sometimes I am called back late and the massage ends early. This time I felt the time was appropriate. After my massage I was asked to wait in a chair in the back of the spa, I felt a little exposed because I was in a robe and everyone who was coming back to their appointments could see me, It was also a high traffic area next to the employees break room(?). As a result I didn't feel very relaxed after my massage before my facial. All the staff was really nice and accommodating.

My facial was great! The front desk were lacking.. When I called to make the appointments, it took forever to get through.
