Booking an appointment for me and my guest was surprisingly easy and the WPV location was able to accommodate us both at the preferred time. The receptionist was kind and welcoming while there was a floating manager who was answering questions and putting out multiple fires. Ivan, my massage therapist, was incredibly friendly, receptive to my directions, and professional. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and was obviously deeply knowledgeable about the art and medical aspects of his work.

The staff was very friendly and patient. My esthetician was also very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time in informing me about different products.
