Samantha the massage therapist is great!!!! Disappointed the membership went up may have to cancel soon

I really appreciate being able to see the same person each time and truly make progress on healthy skin. I appreciate her remembering how I was at the last few appointments and her commentary on what has improved and what the next steps to healthy skin are! My only issues previously have been when I was rebooked with another person without my knowledge (I called in to confirm and was able to make a switch without penalty). I do not want to bounce around from person to person, so I really appreciate the relationship I have with Cynthia!

Marisa was very knowledgeable. She explained the procedure to me and made me feel really comfortable. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment.

My massage therapist always knows exactly what to do for my tight muscles. Everyone was super helpful. I picked out facial products and was instantly assisted in getting what I needed.

The Hand and Stone experience was top level from the moment I walked in the door. The folks at the reception desk are very positive and welcoming. Frances, my massage therapist, is an outstanding practitioner and a really wonderful person. I could not possibly be happier.

Anthony recognized how tense I was and made suggestions on where he should focus and was great with instructing me to keep breathing as he hit a few tight spots.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. The spa is always very clean. Piper is amazing and always makes me feel brand new!

This was my first massage, and I am sad that I waited so long. From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Gayle was heaven sent, and I will be booking again soon!

I mostly have facials done at H & S. Taber is without a doubt the best person I have ever used for my face. He has amazing knowledge of skin and the best care and products for skin. I have introduced H & S to several friends, specifically due to Taber. At least 2 of my friends now use H & S because of Taber. He's the best!! Karen
