Gloria did a great job with my facial. She kept it "real" when I asked about my skin and offered an ongoing routine to get my skin back into good shape. Very knowledgeable and seemed to be very detail oriented, which I appreciated.

Ivan my therapist was very good and professional

Other than a slight smell in the face cradle (it may always be there, but this was the first time a mask wasn't required), it was great! I only said SATISFIED to the relaxation part because some of the work Fatima did on my legs was not relaxing, on purpose. But, at another time in the session, I (nearly) fell asleep.

Entire team was friendly. My mother’s post always does a fantastic job with my concerns. And everything was very timely.

The therapist and the room were great. The rest of the experience was just okay. It felt like a franchise and not a high quality local spa.
