Always a good experience when I come here, I just wish the actual massage part started quicker--let's get straight to business. We all know why we're here :). Albeit, I arrived 3 mins late to my appt. rather than the recommended 5 mins prior, so that is on ME, BUT you would think that if the customer is running behind, the staff would be on standby and ready to go, even quicker than normal. I DO HAVE TO SAY, my masseuse made up some extra minutes at the end due to my tardiness. She was GREAT and I haven't the slightest negative thing to say about her! I know it sucks for you guys because it throws off following appointments. However, all the more reason to really jump on it quickly once patients get there, whether it be early or a few mins late.

Therapist was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Receptionist was very friendly also.

The people at the Winter Park location are all excellent! From the front desk manager to my massage therapist, it was a relaxing and very enjoyable experience. It took me months to book because of the website interface. I had to book twice because the online booking system is so faulty, resetting to the next date after any changes. I found out by visiting on the wrong day and being turned away. The email reminders include the date and time but do not include the day-of-the-week. That's bad when the web form itself is so prone to resetting errors. The website, specifically the online booking system, should be deeply reconsidered. First-time customer here. Your website booking interface is *bad*. Difficult and needlessly confusing to use. My next appointment will be set by phone. But again, Hand and Stone, your people are awesome!

Melanie was a great therapist. Melanie accommodated my specific physical needs. Melanie walked me through the different massage add ons to find one that I wanted.

Renee, my esthetician, did an incredible job. My face was singing by the end of my visit. She is amazing at what she does, provides friendly professional service and I will definitely be back to visit her specifically.
