Francis is wonderful! So friendly, sweet disposition. Always makes me feel important. The staff is always welcoming, atmosphere is calm.

The front reception area was extremely welcoming. Brooks was amazing and I will definitely want to see her again.

Fatima was amazing with addressing all of my problems areas and was able to provide a relaxing massage.

In person reception was good. The therapist made me feel very comfortable and she really was very effective in areas that was causing discomfort. My session was great!

I've found a therapist I really enjoy and plan to continue visiting monthly. It's easy to schedule appointments phone, but I like to book in person a month or two in advance when checking out. I always feel better after leaving, I'm recovering from a car accident and this has been extremely helpful and enjoyable.

Piper is amazing & as I have seen her for a few years now she knows how to help my muscle discomforts. I wish you had more like her. The only issue I have had is trying to log into my account & seeing any membership benefits. Old front desk staff tried to assist but were not successful.

Always a good experience when I come here, I just wish the actual massage part started quicker--let's get straight to business. We all know why we're here :). Albeit, I arrived 3 mins late to my appt. rather than the recommended 5 mins prior, so that is on ME, BUT you would think that if the customer is running behind, the staff would be on standby and ready to go, even quicker than normal. I DO HAVE TO SAY, my masseuse made up some extra minutes at the end due to my tardiness. She was GREAT and I haven't the slightest negative thing to say about her! I know it sucks for you guys because it throws off following appointments. However, all the more reason to really jump on it quickly once patients get there, whether it be early or a few mins late.
