I have confidence in booking my appointment that I will have the service and provider I want when I want them. I love that I can come in later when the rush has died down and you are open when I can come in and feel relaxed. I love that I disclosed to Renee that I am autistic, and she then made sure to ask about my specific sensory needs, boundaries, etc. without assuming I am the same as another autistic client of hers.

Friendly when scheduling and greeting me when I arrived. Therapist was very good at listening to my needs and did a great job helping me to feel better

I always have a satisficed experience with Piper my therapist. The problem is she is soo booked up, I cannot get a reoccurring appt.'s. I am only available in the mornings which doesn't help matters!

After multiple understandable cancellations on my appointments due to covid related issues with the therapists.. i was upset about it happening again and the person i think breanna helped me greatly.. she was able to get another therapist for me and everything worked out great. thank you so much
