Everything went well for our couple's massage! The tiniest scheduling hiccup resulted in an enhanced treatment, so that's 10/10 Customer Service. My therapist found all my key spots and really laid on the pressure just like I asked. We inquired about memberships very casually and I really appreciate that the staff was informational without laying on the pressure to commit to a membership. Really just loved the whole experience

Overall, the massage was great! My therapist was amazing. However, if you ask my opinion of the room, it’s a very basic massage room. No salt lamp, candles, anything for decor. It’s just a room with paint on the walls and carpet. The music was eh and you could easily change the music. The sheets could be softer as well. But I only say all of that because you asked on the survey how the room was, otherwise, I wouldn’t have shared those thoughts.
