Great service, friendly staff, no pressure to purchase more products

I was highly satisfied with the receptionist that checked me in and my facial experience. Unfortunately, I am not happy with my massage experience because my masseuse uncharged me $20 without asking if I wanted to add the hot stone service. Because I purchased several products at the front on my way out, I did not realize until I was emailed my receipt after arriving at home that I was charged $79 for my massage. I think it is unethical to not inform your client of additional charges especially when the service was not requested by the client!!!

Excellent service and highly trained therapists

Always the receptionists are very friendly and nice and make you feel comfortable there. The reception area is spotless always clean neat and very presentable. The aesthetician was very friendly willing to engage in conversation very professional and age your way just to be around.

My massage therapist Bree was very friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and upbeat. Everyone did a great job.

I was satisfied with my experience because the ambiance was relaxing, my massage therapist (Esmerelda) was amazing and very talented - she listened to my every need- and it was an overall great service.

Carolyn, the esthetician really took the time to address all of my concerns. She was attentive and thorough. She explained the different facials, products, and was very knowledgeable about her craft.
