Marcia is absolutely incredible. Th online scheduling process never works and I wish this was an option.

Customer service of the front desk, over the phone, and in person, was 10 out of 10. The massage was also 10 out of 10. The room was kind of small but I get it, it isn't the 4 Seasons. Still, a great experience. I joined the member program and will be back.

I love the new hydro facial. It helps to clear up some problem areas for me. Estatition was excellent and friendly.

The Receptionists are friendly and I feel welcomed. Love Marcia, she is the best there! Her pressure is amazing and she hits all the trouble spots.

They took great care of my skin during my visit. I felt safe and like the aesthetician examined my skin to provide me the best treatment for my skin.

My massage therapist was awesome! She made me feel relaxed and focused on the areas I told her were bothering me. Very relaxing experience!

I ahve had my membership at this location (Winter Park Florida) for many years and have always been satisfied. When there has been an issue (few) it has always been addressed professionally and to my satisfaction. Will continue with my membershgip Was reluctant initially returning during COVID but they all are doing a good job in ensuring the safety of all.

The facial was very relaxing and Gina was super friendly and happy to explain everything we were going to do during the facial. I ended up getting a membership and will return each month for a facial.
