I appreciate the efforts of all of the Hand and Stone staff who ensure the excellence of my visits. Everyone is friendly, considerate, and skilled. I always feel rejuvenated when I leave!

Katie was beyond professional,very peaceful and knowledgeable. Front area staff were very customer service oriented.

Came in with very bad pain, massage therapist worked the whole time on the area and was able to relieve some of the pain. Waiting area is comfortable, didn't have to wait but a couple minutes. Massage therapist was kind on greeting, offered restroom, discussed the massage and acted accordingly. Enjoyed talking with her during the service and was pleased by the pressure of the massage as I was splurging with the deep tissue (hadn't gotten before). Was able to explore some products after the massage and enjoyed what was available.

The entire experience was exceptional, thank you Staff and Naomi my Massage Tech!!
