The front office was extremely welcoming and pleasant when I entered the lobby. I was offered water at least twice, which was very considerate of them. My service provider was excellent. Very comforting is what the experience was going to be, very considerate to what I was not interested in, highly attentive to be cautious around a facial piercing, which I appreciated. I will definitely go back to see Nicole again!

The scheduling and check in processes were smooth. My massage therapist was great- friendly, skilled and checked in with me throughout our session.
