Tochi was awesome, professional and attentive. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the entire staff was great. They answered my questions, offered me water, and explained the new tipping process (I asked, as I did not have cash). Overall it was a nice way to spend my Friday evening!

I love my aesthetician, Cat! I look forward to every treatment, and always learn so much about the products! I always leave feeling fresh and healthy!

Raven was a great facial aesthetician. I appreciate the time she took and the immediate result following was great. The front desk post-appt discussion on being a member is not the right time to push more spend. I don’t feel like being stressed to buy more immediately after my relaxation treatment.

I was highly satisfied with the service and receptionist. Even though I said highly satisfied, I would’ve been nice if i was offered aromatherapy or hot stones??? I had a gjft card but I would’ve gladly paid the difference if it was offered to me. Hopefully the next time I visit it’ll be asked.
