I have been a member for several years now. Raven at the Short Pump location in Virginia does a wonderful job listening to and addressing my concerns, answering my questions, and recommending products best suited for my skin. Always a great experience

I had not been to Hand and Stone in years, but came back to your spa because i thought the people were nice. I was greeted very politely. My esthetician was extremely friendly, and took time to talk to me about what i needed and wanted. When i checked out, the receptionist who helped me took time to explain the membership to me. All in all it was an excellent visit.

Easy to book. Quality service. Great location. I like the membership so I commit to making time for the service.

My therapist was very attuned to my pain level during my massage. She listened to what I had to say and adjusted my massage based on how my muscles reacted to the massage.

Lena is the best therapist i have ever worked with. the front desk is great. checkin is easy

My massage is my time to relax. Oliver is very good. I normally joke about falling asleep because it is so relaxing

I booked a gifted massage over the phone. The process was smooth. The massage therapist discussed my needs with me before we began to make sure that they would be met. She was both knowledgeable and personable. I booked another appointment as I left.

The staff at the entrance are friendly. The facility is clean and calming. MOST IMPORTANTLY, my massage therapist is AMAZING at what she does!!
