Professional and knowledgeable

I like getting occasional bonus (such as the extra $15 this week) in additional to my membership points. The staff at the Short Pump location are extremely friendly as well as professional.

I always go in for a deep tissue massage. I need it to loosen up some knots I have on my shoulder muscles. Going consistently helps with the pain. The only downside is the cost of the upgrades

I love the ability to book appointments online. The app and websites are both easy to use. The massage room has a great ambience. Oliver is awesome with listening to what my problem areas are and helping me relax. I will definitely be back!

I’ve had facials at many places, the value of the H&S facials are great. I love the choice of products, especially the Clarity. The front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and efficient.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the service. I loved how she asked me if I wanted to know what she was doing during the service, and walked me through the products she was using and why she was using them. I had asked her about products and after the service she took the time to recommend products I actually needed based off my skin type. This was my first service with her and I will continue to book with her moving forward!
