There was a billing error (that was resolved) but should have never happened. Auto withdrawals after membership was cancelled. Manager was kind and handled the issue timely and with understanding. My concern was "why" the error happened in the first place...?! When a membership is cancelled there should be 2 confirmed options in place, especially with all the cyber issues/hacking, etc. To rely on all things electronic is not wise, especially with "automatic payments".

Debra is amazing. I struggle with many health issues and she really listens and focuses on my trouble areas. The service feels specialized to me.

Tony gave a very good massage. The reception area and room are great. My one suggestion would be to do something about the music you play. Sounds like it's on an old loop.
