I booked my appointment on-line. When I arrived, they could not find my reservation, but they were very kind and worked me in. Lovely people.

Ashley is very easy to talk with. She is very well diverse in her knowledge so she can respond to most conversations.

My therapist shared a lot of information with me about the medical benefit of massage and benefit of continuing to drink water after. She really spent time on my target areas and I felt so much better after. In the past I had had a subpar experience with hand and stone and this visit really helped me move forward from that. I will be coming back.

I am always highly satisfied with my experience. I love my therapist. She is just the right amount of professional and friendly. I never feel self conscious or uncomfortable with her. Overall I like the studio. The atmosphere is calming. It feels upscale but not snobby or unwelcoming. Most importantly, the massage is great.

Gloria is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knows just the amount of pressure to use it is an easy hour of explaining to her what I need and don’t care for.

There was a billing error (that was resolved) but should have never happened. Auto withdrawals after membership was cancelled. Manager was kind and handled the issue timely and with understanding. My concern was "why" the error happened in the first place...?! When a membership is cancelled there should be 2 confirmed options in place, especially with all the cyber issues/hacking, etc. To rely on all things electronic is not wise, especially with "automatic payments".

Debra is amazing. I struggle with many health issues and she really listens and focuses on my trouble areas. The service feels specialized to me.

Ashley is wonderful and always helps me to relax.

Petra is very friendly and her voice is soothing. She does a wonderful job!

There is simply not one single aspect that bothers me or hinders my massage.
