Christopher gives what I would describe as a world class, award winning massage! It was exactly what I needed and wanted. I appreciate everyone who works at this location, making me feel safe and well cared for.

My massage therapist is excellent. She tailors my sessions based upon what I tell her are my problem areas and provides feedback on what she was able to achieve. She listens and responds well, and gives me suggestions of things I can do at home between sessions for tight areas; I.e, rolling, drinking more water, etc.

I never have to wait long. The massage therapist are all wonderful. Staff at front desk is extremely helpful.

I like the convince of booking appointments via the mobile app. I have a regular therapist that I like and feel welcome. I love the location and friendliness of the staff.

Saarika is AMAZING. I have been seeing her for four years. My skin looks great. She is very kind and friendly and always knows what my skin needs. She is an asset to your organization, and I hope you all recognize that. If she were not with hand and stone, I would likely not continue my membership.

I almost always see Debra for massage therapy. She knows me and my lifestyle and areas of concern very well, and I always feel much better and more relaxed after a massage. I had never had a massage until I was 82 years old - I certainly do wish I had started monthly sessions much earlier in my life! It has become a real part of my health maintenance routine. And I live directly across the street for the Short Pump Hand & Stone, so it is very convenient for me.

The experience is well done. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The complexity of the membership is a little overdone - I've been a member for almost a year and do not totally understand it. The receptionists seem to know it, but I don't. The massage therapist and facial tech I've seen have been fantastic. I am greeted quickly, signed in efficiently, and the therapist has always been on time. All good.

The massage therapist Yolanda was very knowledgeable and was able to ease the knots in my shoulders. I appreciate her taking the time to explain what she was doing and how to release some tension. The overall experience was relaxing and exactly what I needed. Great massage therapist and I have already booked my next massage with her.
