The attentiveness of the owner

Alen has been my massage therapist for several years. He is very familiar with my problem areas and how to offer the best pain relief during my visit. While not all receptionist know me, I am greeted by name on occasion which is nice. I will miss Alen very much and wish him well in his next chapter.

The staff is always courteous and professional. I feel that I am heard when discussing my facial, before and after it’s done. I am always treated as a valued customer.
