Covid has made me very fearful of contact with strangers. HNS explained everything on the phone. I felt welcomed, cared for and my feelings were respected.

I have been a member for almost 4 years. I’ve been highly satisfied with every aspect of hand and stone at the location of Waverly place. I have not had the pleasure of visiting any other location because I am extremely pleased with the service and especially with the aesthetician Jenna.

This was my first time visiting, and it was great! The staff were all super nice, amenities like slippers and robes nice, etc. I had trouble with one intake form...either I didn’t have it or I overlooked it. However, still had a great visit and will be back. Already to my friends. Thanks!

The services provided were first class. The deep tissue massage was awesome. No more knots, tightness or limited movement in my neck and shoulder area. The facial was fantastic. I left so relaxed that I had to sit in my car a few moments before driving away because I felt soooo relaxed, no stress, worries, etc.

Everyone was really nice even though it was my first visit as a non local. My questions were answered with great detail and the nice lady who rendered service was the best! Thank you all for a Great experience! God bless.
