All in all the staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Rochelle did her best to be gentle and carefully treat the area of intense shoulder pain; more treatment is needed due to the muscle tissue. I will definitely be back - have already scheduled my next appointment.

This Hand and Stone is in a great location and it was easy to schedule my appt. When I scheduled it the first time but the esthetician had to go out of town for a personal emergency, I got a call asking to reschedule and offering a credit towards my account, which I appreciated. Rachel was a FANTASTIC esthetician too. I highly recommend her!

I was very relaxed and felt a strong sense of well-being after my massage session. I felt all my body tension areas were addressed, and I felt a very strong sense of mental calmness and balance. Everyone should take a little time just for themselves every now and then.

Rochelle and Janna ensured I had the most amazing experience at Hand and Stone. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern about this experience was how often the membership was pushed on me. I was told about it before my first appointment, between my appointments, and at checkout. This really took away from the relaxing experience I was going for throughout the visit. If an individual wants to join a membership, they will remember the option the first time. Other than this I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Allen the therapist did a great job. Making the appointment was a bit of a marathon due to the many many efforts at selling me on "bigger, regular" plan.
