Emily is my aesthetician at hand and stone waverly place she always go above and beyond with professionalism, care and concerns about my skin. She is the reason I keep my membership. The receptionists are great also!

Rochelle did a high quality massage on my target areas. She was relaxed and spoke when I spoke, creating a relaxing atmosphere. She did not talk too much. Too much talking is less relaxing to me during a massage.

The massage therapist I had (I apologize I forgot his name) was very knowledgable, he was able to explain to me after the massage what was most likely causing my back pain. He did a great job at massaging my whole body and I really appreciate him taking the time on my back as it was in a lot of pain. Also I would highly recommend Hand and Stone to anyone that asks! Also thank you for getting me a last minute appointment I know that can be hard to do especially with covid and the extra steps your staff need to take to ensure everyone's safety you did a great job.
