Emily was great and the facial I received left my skin looking amazing. She is very skilled at recommended upgrades without feeling pushy or focused on upselling. I know the corporate evironment can be stressful for aestheticians and massage therapists. Please treat them right. If your staff is happy your customers will be happy and your business will boom. Don't overbook!

The therapist was great and the pressure applied was just right. Early in the massage she confirmed the pressure and made minor adjustment. All the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable

I find the facial very relaxing. I really like the way the woman will quietly ask questions or tell me what she's doing. But most of the time she is not speaking which I appreciate. I've missed not having this done this past year because of covid, but now feel comfortable returning.

The reception staff is always cheerful and knowledgeable. The therapists are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The spa area is always clean and I am impressed how they handle the COVID criteria with all my visits.
