I was nervous about booking an appointment due to COVID, but once I arrived at the spa I felt more relaxed and comfortable. I was the only guest waiting in the lobby when I arrived, and the only guest checking out when I left, and I was able to do a completely contactless check in and check out. My massage therapist was awesome and helped me to feel relaxed and comfortable and spent a lot of time on the specific areas I requested.
