Loved my therapist, and the receptionist was a delight

Cameron village Raleigh never has openings. It’s always too booked. So I switched to another city like Cary. They had openings and the staff was great. Allen was super good. Staff was friendly.

Everyone the is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The entire area is spotless. Amanda is excellent.

Ease of process, products and environment

Everything was nice and clean when I arrived here at Hand and Stone. I enjoyed the new check in system, it help minimize exposure. And my esthetician was absolutely amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable! She’s what keeps me coming back. I love Hand and Stone!

I saw Shawn (not sure on spelling) for the first time, and he was great. Very personable yet professional. Truly alleviated the neck pain I was having, and gave me tips to prevent it at home.

It was smooth process from the time I made the appointment to the time I walked out after my massage

I booked my appointment with Chris. She was kind, charming, knowledgeable, and funny. She made me feel safe and welcome. My massage therapist, Eric, also makes me feel safe and welcome. He is great at his job, knows what he is doing, highly experienced, and kind. I think Chris and Eric should get a raise and train others. I specifically go to the Hand and Stone at Colonades Way in Cary to work with them both. Thanks!
