1 very warm welcome back 2 given new appts when I called, ASAP 3 the massage therapist recommended, new to me, was just what I needed!

The experience felt as normal as possible under current circumstances. The massage helped so much to work on problemic areas! Marcy was very nice and did a great job!

Professional staff, cleanliness of spa, and appts on time. It was odd coming back but great to be there.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly there. The services are good and the staff is well educated on all of the choices. During this crazy pandemic the staff was great with all the changes

Great massage by Shawn! He was super knowledgeable about the specific issue I had with numbness in my arm and I was so happy to have relief with my headache! He made me feel very comfortable and the spa’s protocol for pre-screening Covid is great, I felt safe! Thank you Cary Waverly Place team!

Felt clean, safe and that proper safety procedures were being utilized. Estetitian (Benita) was friendly and knowledgeable. One negative: had to call to book appointment... why doesn't hand and stone have online booking yet where I can real time see appointment avail...?
