Bonita gave a great facial. Hand and stone has options for a Rejuvinating facial which I was able to receive with my package and my points

My massage was on in the afternoon of the 1st day the spa reopened and I am sure all the new procedures were new to everyone. All staff seemed to have shifted well to the new ways of doing things and I felt very comfortable. If My massage therapist was thrown off by these changes I could not tell. She put me right at ease. It was the most relaxed I have been since mid-March.

Since COVID restrictions were in place my appointment centered on the massage itself as I spent little time in reception area or at the front desk. But the massage was wonderful and Nathan was very professional and effective. He addressed a problem spot and it gave me relief even after I returned home. Excellent experience
