Ashunta, the receptionist I've mostly talked to during my visits, has been incredibly helpful! She was even able to help me make an appointment on behalf of my mom, who is now also a member. She also helped me purchase 3 giftcards for other friends, who are now also considering becoming members next year. She's friendly, anticipates my needs every time I go, and super helpful.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience this visit. We had had a horrific experience at the Cameron Village Spa the last time we went. The front desk (at Cameron Village) could not get my daughter checked in quickly and spent 10-12 minutes, at least, trying to check her in, so the massage therapist considered her "Late" and only she only got about 20 minutes of her 50 minutes. (and made it feel like it was my daughter's fault!) And then she came out very upset and I didn't want to go into my appt, so they wanted to charge me for a missed visit. We will definitely come back here to the Waverly Place spa! They were awesome!
