The main reason is go to H and S is because Taylor gives such a great deep tissue massage. She is very intuitive and knows just the right amount of pressure or adjusts as we quested. She deals with my specific hip needs in a very effective manner.

The reception staff were warm and friendly as well as my masseuse. She was very skilled and paid close attention to all my tension knots, body language and asked several times if the pressure she was applying was too much or too little. I left feeling extremely relaxed!

Daiva is my aesthetician. She is wonderful. The best facial I’ve had, even better than salons in Manhattan. I recommend her without reservation.

The questions in the pre appointment survey helped ensure a comfortable service experience. There was some confusion about the card on file. I was not asked for one when I made the appointment and my daughter received text messages from a variety of different phone numbers. The day before her appointment she received a message stating that if she did not provide a card by 7 pm her appointment would be cancelled. She did not see the message until the next morning and became very concerned about her appointment having been cancelled. She then got a message asking if she could come earlier. I called multiple times and kept getting voicemail so we drove over to sort it out and things went better from there. Communications and training may need a refresh.
