Hand and Stone

Kevin is absolutely AMAZING and actually listens to what I say and trusts that I know my own body and what it can handle. He literally explains what muscle he's working on, how it connects to problem areas and what the possible soreness could be (I've NEVER actually been sore or in pain after his massages) and what it will help relax and/or prevent. He asks permission to move from muscle to muscle all the whole explaining why. He listens, and communicates perfectly with his clients. I will never go to anyone else again having had the best and realized what I was missing in my earlier massage appointments (not at hand and stone, he was recommended by a friend and 10/10 will and have recommended).

Micah is a kind, gentle, very knowledgeable professional. I usually show up with some specific problem, and she once again helped, this time it was the injured (overuse) right ankle.
