The therapist was very adept in her work and listened to my desired focus areas. I felt she honored my requests and made great attempts to focus on those spaces.

The massage therapist did a wonderful job. My muscles are much more relaxed. Check in/check out was speedy.

I have been a member for many years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the massages I've received. My only disappointment has been when a therapist I've been with has left H&S. I do wish there was more that H&S could/would do to motivate the really excellent therapists to stay on.

I tried to remove my credit card from being charged so I can pay at visit and this was not allowed!

I arrived at what I thought was the correct location. The receptionist found out my appointment was at a different location and called to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived at the correct place, the receptionist quickly processed me and I began my facial. No one seemed upset I was late, except for me! I really appreciate everyone’s volmness snd adjustments.

Therapist spent adequate time focusing on my areas of tension and checked in regularly regarding my comfort
