Overall nice experience. But the massage room is always a little too cool for me. Maybe a degree or two higher would improve client experience. I requested and extra blanket and bed always on high. Personally I enjoy the smell of a spa and have been to other spas that have more fragrance in the air. Like your choice of waters to drink…nice touch! I think you should have more perks for your members…free upgrades for instance, coupon for 1/2 price one item, bring a friend, birthday treat, etc. all of these would make your program more exciting! Staff are very nice and the massage therapist that I see really helps me feel better.

Friendly and comfortable atmosphere here. Receptionist was informative but not pushy. Also liked the flavored water available as I waited for my facial.

I always have good experiences with the staff at this location; that is not a concern. My concerns reside in the ability to get appointments when I want them, and also - I do not like having to keep track of coupons!! Please, if there is a coupon available to me - add it to my account! I am paying a monthly fee, and taking surveys, but H&S can't seem to get my due coupons on my account. I have to walk around with paper coupons. Please let me know if there is an app that will track these. Also - booking appointments on line is not intuitive. If someone can help me make this easier, I would appreciate it. For these reasons alone, I am considering not keeping my subscription.

The people in reception are always kind and attentive. The room was clean and fresh. My massage therapist had the music playing and bed temperature turned to warm which I appreciate. Amanda really targets my problem areas and actually help relieve a headache I had.

My esthetician Jessica is always a joy for my service. She's very knowledgeable and has really provided me with recommendations to improve my skin dramatically over the last several months.

Met or exceeded all my expectations. Therapist very professional and skilled in alleviating my issues.

Caitlin was very helpful on the phone booking my appointment. When I got to the clinic, Breanna helped me check in. There was some confusion as to the intro rate I was supposed to get, but she was able to ask a colleague for help. The paperwork process on the iPad was very easy. Cory was very kind and friendly. He listened to my specific needs and was communicative throughout my massage, but not overly so as to detract from being able to relax and destress. I appreciated how much work he put into my massage as far as pressure and skill. The only thing could have been a warning 10 minutes until the end to ask if I wanted to keep working on my focus areas or switch to another part of my body to round out the massage.

The receptionists are always so friendly. I had problems initially getting scheduled around this timeframe and was contacted for a waiting list opening which worked out great. My therapist is always friendly and does a great job of effectively relieving my stress and pain.

I have had Diva for several facials and I enjoy the attention to detail and recommendations for my skin care. My recent visit I was dealing with very dry skin and she did an amazing job in rehydrating the skin on my face. I would recommend all my friends and family to her. She's an excellent esthetician!
