My service was exactly what I had hoped for, skin feels amazing even today. My concerns were addressed by my service tech person. I had no problem getting the time slot I needed. It was a comfortable experience with the entire staff. I used a gift card which made it a very affordable service.

The expertise of the massage therapist and her ability to know the exact pressure points. Also, she introduced me to the Himalayan Salts which were incredible! I will request them from now on with all my massage appointments. I shared this with my husband who requested them with his next appointment. He now will get the salts with his massages,

It was easy to schedule and the receptionist was super helpful. Facial was great, the only thing I would have liked is to get more of a brief on what was done/what might be needed moving forward. But other than that service and price was great.

Jessica at the Waverly place location was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the treatment and benefits, as well as providing recommendations to reach my skincare goals. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and thoroughly enjoyed my service!

The writhing room was clean and quiet. My therapist was very good and answered my questions.

Melissa was inviting and gentle and genuinely concerned that I got relief from the pain I was experiencing. She did a great job.

Appreciate the knowledge of my therapist and that she specifically asks me questions about my needs. I’ve only had a few appointments with this therapist but I’m quite happy with her care. I would like to see more options such as the hot stones without excessive fees. $20-30 add on is exorbitant in my option.

Ambience was great. DEENA my massage therapist was excellent. I love the watermelon fused water. Music relaxing and not too loud. Conversation was good and she kept brief and talked, only when I did. I really appreciated it and made me feel comfortable.

Wonderful spa. Love coming here. Everyone is so nice.
