The ambiance of the room was relaxing. Masseuse was knowledgeable and addressed concerns prior to massage. Let the massage feeling very relaxed. Scheduled next appointment before leaving.

My massage therapist Kim was fantastic. She worked on what i asked. She answered by questions and was very thorough. She provided great feedback on the types of massages that would be good for me in the future. I will definitely see her again.

My overall experience is great St this Hand and Stone location. My normal therapist left so I had to reschedule with someone else. I didn’t get my concerns address as I mentioned to this therapist while getting my massage. I will be back next month but with a different therapist.

I have been a member for a number of years with the same esthetician and she provides an amazing service. She is always very good about explaining what she’s doing and why she’s doing it which is very important to me.

Place was clean. My facial was just what I was looking for. Will ask for Diva again.
