My esthetician Jessica was wonderful! She has a great touch, gave a nice face massage and is very knowledgeable.

Jenna is very good at what she does. She addresses concerns and questions. She educates with her knowledge not only skin care but diet and life style too. It’s obvious that she loves what she does and continues to learn through CE. She is also prompt. As a health care provider, I appreciate her attention to detail and education. She is an asset to your company.

Wonderful spa. Just unhappy that the availablity of therapists is so minimal. The decor is very relaxing

The atmosphere of spa was very relaxing. The receptionist was friendly and had a nice demeanor. I was offered water and was informed where the bathroom was located upon my check in.

My whole experience with Hand & Stone has been wonderful. Those in the front reception area are very upbeat and friendly and my massage therapist (Melisa) is the same. Melisa takes time to get to know a little bit about her clients so she can help work on problem areas and monitor any changes from one visit to the next. I really love going to Hand & Stone and look forward to relaxing each time!

From the moment I walked in the staff did a great job of making me feel welcomed. They were very polite and helpful. My message therapist, Amanda, was very accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to coming back. So much that I became a member that same day before I left.
