My esthetician Janna is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met in her field. It is directly because of her I schedule monthly facials with her and I am completely comfortable any recommendations she makes are in the best interest of my skin goals.

I was very satisfied with my facial and the quality of service! I did buy 2 products at the end of the facial and I'm hoping the esthetician was correct in saying they will help my skin! :)

My recent massage experience at Hand and Stone was amazing as usual. My therapist was friendly and did a wonderful job at using just the right pressure. Shawn always does a fantastic job!

My appointments are always on time and my massage therapist is the best. I have recommended her and this Hand and Stone to all of my friends.

The staff in the reception area are always smiling and willing to help. And there are enough staff to deal with folks checking in and checking out as well as available to buy product etc. As far as the therapist - very friendly and chats when prompted or lets me be silent and enjoy the service.

Amanda is great - very friendly and even offered to work a problem area for an extra period. Currently pain free because of the work she did.

Hand and Stone continues to deliver. Even with training of new reception staff and working through new therapist, this team has done an amazing job to keep things rolling, while achieving their high standard of quality service.
