Ken’A the esthetician was fantastic. She talked enough that I felt comfortable, but didn’t talk so much that I couldn’t relax. She took care of problem areas first, and then I was able to sit back and enjoy.

I really like the new therapist but very difficult to book appointments. I’m considering ending my membership due to lack of availability

The receptionists at the Waverly Pace locations are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Kelly, the massage therapist is WONDERFUL. She is very good at what she does and takes all of your concerns and problem areas into consideration. Kelly is the main reason why I will continue my membership at Hand and Stone

My only comment is the barrage of emails. Sometimes 4 times a day. Im glad tge experience was good, because of the irritation of the emails I wouldn't have been back

This was my first massage experience so i did not know what to expect but i was concerned about cleanliness and social distancing. I appreciate that the therapist washed her hands several times before touching me and kept her mask on. I do regret that the couples area is not open because i feel that my spouse and i would enjoy having this experience together

There seems to be an error. I was very satisfied with both receptionists. They were friendly and polite.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My massage therapist is really great.

Genuinely gracious esthetician, she really made me feel pampered and I was actually able to relax. That’s hard for me as a critical care nurse

Jenna is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I feel confident that she will help my skin be it’s best. I always look forward to my next appointment!
