Everyone was very nice, it was very clean and comfortable. I got in right away only because of a cancellation otherwise it would have been weeks before an appointment. My therapist was very good and worked on the areas we talked about.

Clean and calm ambiance. Good firm pressure applied during the massage, as preferred. Heather was friendly and professional. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.

Jana is always knowledgeable and thorough. She makes suggestions that are pertinent to my skin.

Gina was very professional, personal and did a FANTASTIC facial on me!!! I love the Receptionist Area and everyone knowing "MY" name. Atmosphere at this location at Waverly is relaxing and the "spa" smells absolutely transport me into a dreamscape!!!

As I walked in to the spa I was greeted with a friendly staff person with a smile. The wait time was minimal. Gina gave a fantastic facial while explaining what she was doing.

I scheduled a last minute massage and the experience was great. The price was reasonable and there was availability. The therapist did a great job loosening my muscles up.
