Hand and Stone

I came in and needed to change my card and they made it super easy. And my esthetician came out almost immediately after I got there and took me back. I loved the service and she addressed all my skin concerns.

Was seen on time. Massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and listened. Relieved tension in neck and shoulders.

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating for last-minute changes. I love coming every month to have a day for myself. My massage therapist Cory is amazing! The therapist is always improving techniques and adding in new stretches for my issues. I always enjoy coming to Hand & Stone because I am treated like family.

Kimberly and the receptionist team always provide great great service. They are always pleasant and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel the the rooms and reception are are clean and that everyone is trying to take the proper steps during covid.

My only feedback is I was having issues with booking online and had to call the store. Nothing wrong with this, just wanted to let the store know.
