I am not a huge fan of Hand and Stone, but I've stayed because of my therapist. Taylor is great. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Unfortunately I've had a half dozen different therapists in the time that I've been a member at this location. Every time I find one that is halfway decent they end up leaving. Taylor is the only reason for me to continue my membership.

My esthetician is always very friendly and results in a wonderful experience. She takes the time to evaluate my skin each appointment and advise what may be the best option based on how my skin is looking that day. I really appreciate the time and effort to improve my skin with each monthly appointment. I feel like my skin has improved overtime as a direct result from her recommendations.

Kimberly was absolutely fantastic! She gave an excellent deep tissue massage and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to return to see her again!

The office staff is so very pleasant, always greeting me when I arrive. When I leave they are very helpful at making my next appointment and clarifying any questions that I might have. I believe this is the 4th time that I have booked my massage with Melissa. She has helped me greatly with some neck & hip issues. I have learned to book my massages well in advance due to how popular my therapist is.

Kimberly is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had. She is a pro and her knowledge of the tendons, ligaments, and muscle in the body is impressive. She knows exactly how to make the tension in your body relax. I always feel so much better when I leave after her massage. I see her every week.
