A few weeks ago I had an appointment. I was called and told the esthetician would be 10 mins late. Upon my arrival I waited. After 30 mins she had still not arrived. I given a free upgrade for my next facial. When I checked in for that facial I was told my visit was comped! The customer service at this location is always phenomenal. As a paying member, I really appreciated the fact that the staff remembered my last experience wasn’t ideal, and weeks later they took it an extra mile and made it right! Definitely will continue going to this location for the professionalism, the service, the great estheticians, and the care taken to make sure I’m happy. Thank you!

The appointment time was respected. The spa was clean and quiet. The esthetician was professional and knowledgeable. She answered the questions I had and provided suggestions on what I could do to address certain issues.

Troiah did an excellent job with my massage. She always manages to find the problem areas and address the stress points. The hot towels at various times are a great touch as well. I will definitely be back!

The ambiance when I arrived was welcoming and relaxing, so I felt excited for the massage to come. I was put on a wait list to schedule an appointment and received a call back the very next day, so I was thrilled about that. The massage felt great, the stones were nice, and the massage therapist was great at helping me relax, too.

Jana was very knowledgeable about my medical needs and adjusted accordingly. She was very friendly and explained in detail what she was doing and the benefits and how I can maintain skin health on my own
