Hand and Stone

This was my first facial and I was a bit nervous. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The facial was wonderful!

Everyone at this location is always very knowledgeable and friendly. The space is always clean. I am able to relax as soon as I enter the door. The rooms are great. I have not had a "bad' massage or experience.

Therapist listened to my needs and corrected her technique as needed based on my immediate feedback.

Jana is an excellent esthetician. She always gives the best facials and gives excellent input. Catherine is an excellent masseuse. I feel so much better after my massage. Both of them are very professional, and I am very pleased with my experience at Hand and Stone. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly.

Kelly is awesome! She listens (and remembers) my tense and problem areas and is very effective in working them out along with the surrounding areas that contribute to ongoing problem. I appreciated at check-in that offering add-ons was a simple question and not a hard sell. That has detracted from the check-in experience in the past.

It's difficult to manage such a business during these time. The staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The premises were neat and tidy. Ambience was relaxing. Catherine, my massage therapist, was friendly and very attentive to my aches and pains. She gave me great tips at the end. Perfect morning for an overstressed mom like me. Will definitely return.

The massage therapist that consistently provides my service is excellent and always exceeds my expectations. Very pleased with quality and price point There are other providers closer to my home it takes me 30 minutes with good traffic to reach your location, but well worth it

My masseuse Julie is very attentive to my needs. Using appropriate pressure and also explaining recommendations for future appointments.

Staff is always nice and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. Services are always well done.

The only negative during the visit was the upselling by the service provider.
