I went to Hand and Stone to freeze my membership due to a recent financial change and the receptionist was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I had several sessions to use and she helped me book a massage for later the same afternoon. I expressed wanting a facial as well, but not time slot was available before or after my massage. On my way home, the receptionist called to tell me she had just received notification of a facial cancellation just before my massage, and wanted to offer it to me first, since I had just been there and booked a facial for the wknd. Excellent service.
